Today was my first official day back and I’ll admit it started off rough. I was up all night, thinking about school of course. Do your kids go to sleep easily or is it a nightly battle getting them to go to sleep?

A warm bath or shower with some eucalyptus scent may help them wind down.

No tech 30 minutes before bed. Their brains need to calm down and accept getting tired.

Reading your children a story and then having them read one back to you, would be a perfect ending to a sweet day.

Finally, a night light with a night sky on the ceiling or soft lighting may help if children are afraid of the dark. Pair the lighting with soft music and your child may be a sleep in no time.
